HELIA® Alarm, dispenser, vital signs and emergency call private is mainly preferred by people living alone, elderly people and people in need of help.

HELIA® emergency call mobile is accepted thankfully by both older and younger people.

In contrast to the classic home emergency call system, the HELIA® assistance systems do not initially alert an emergency call centre. In case of an emergency call or alarm, relatives or friends are immediately notified on your smartphone.

The costs depend on whether you purchase your HELIA® assistance system by direct purchase or prefer to rent the HELIA® assistance system. In addition, further costs may arise from optional extensions (e.g. product variation extensions, SMS flat rate, UMTS stick, …).

HELIA® Alarm, dispenser, vital signs and emergency call private can be used at home. You can also set up your HELIA® assistance system while on holiday if Internet is continuously available in your accommodation.

HELIA® Emergency Call mobile can be used anytime and anywhere when connected to a smartphone.

For HELIA® Alarm, Dispenser, Vital signs and Emergency call private you need a HELIA® base station, which must be continuously connected to both power and the Internet.

For HELIA® emergency call mobile you need a smartphone with an active SIM card.
To receive notifications of HELIA® Alarm, Dispenser, Vital signs and Emergency call private on your smartphone, you need the “HELIA” app from ISIS IC GmbH from the Google Playstore or App Store. If you see this app in the store, your smartphone has the appropriate requirements.
To use HELIA® Emergency Call mobile actively, you need a smartphone with Android 4.4 (or higher) and Bluetooth Low Energy. In addition, the “HELIA Notruf mobil” app from ISIS IC GmbH must be installed.
To receive notifications from HELIA® Emergency Call mobile on your smartphone, you also need the “HELIA Emergency Call mobile” app from ISIS IC GmbH. Receiving notifications works on both Android and iOS smartphones. If you see this app in the store, your smartphone has the appropriate requirements.
Unfortunately, Windows phones cannot currently be used with the HELIA® assistance systems.
With HELIA® Alarm, a notification in the form of an e-mail, an SMS or a push notification is sent to the stored e-mail address or mobile phone number as soon as the alarm sensor is moved.

With HELIA® Dispenser, a notification in the form of an e-mail, an SMS or a push notification is sent to the stored e-mail address or mobile phone number if the tablet is not taken within the set time period.

With HELIA® Vital signs, a notification in the form of an e-mail, SMS or push notification is sent to the stored e-mail address or mobile phone number if the monitored object does not move within the set period

With HELIA® Emergency call private, a notification in the form of an e-mail, an SMS or a push notification is sent to the stored e-mail address or mobile phone number as soon as the emergency call button is pressed.

The sensors are waterproof if the lid is correctly closed and the housing is not damaged.

Check if your HELIA® base station has power and is connected to the Internet.

Also check:

– whether there is a possible power failure or problems with the Internet

– whether the battery of your sensor needs to be replaced.

Your data remains local to your home and does not go on the Internet. Only according to appropriate rules, e.g. refrigerator door was not moved although movement should have taken place, the data is communicated to the cloud but does not go to the Internet either.
