The heart of all modules of the HELIA® support and emergency call system is the Voice over IP capable base station. It is therefore compatible with all future communication standards. It is integrated into the existing communication infrastructure via LAN or WLAN. Mobile operation is also possible. The user does not notice at all that there is a small computer hidden in the HELIA® box. It ensures, however, that future functions can be easily retrofitted. In addition, the software is updated automatically and regularly. Commissioning is very easy and carried out easily also by non-technical users. And if problems should occur: The telephone hotline helps around the clock. The HELIA® base station and the sensors connected to it are set up via their own website. Thus an individual configuration is possible according to one‘s own special needs as well as an adaptation to changing needs, wishes or events later on.
